Congratulations!
You have explored health problems in Canada and come up with a solution to these problems. You and your group members worked together to design a program that will encourage immigrants to lead a healthy lifestyle. With this information and experience, you have the tools to continue exploring different ways to help yourself and others lead healthy lives. You have also had an opportunity to develop skills that enable you to work in a team. |

Connect Your Learning Do you want a chance to apply your learning and experience to a real-life project? Here is your chance to take the idea that you presented in class, develop it and submit your project to the Neighbourhood Small Grants Program. This program rewards up to $1000 to projects that increase connectedness in a community, promote the sharing of skills and knowledge, and celebrate diversity. There are 17 communities that participate in this program. Read some of the projects that have received the grant in the past before you submit your application. |
